How to Return an Item

2. Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@blendofscents.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item if the original product is defective. For other exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order.
